This conversation (On tracking Gender Diversity as KPIs and KRAs) has come to the fore over the last two and a half years. The take-up rate at the GP level to be able to go and work at it has been phenomenal. Actually, maybe 15 years ago, there was not enough of a talent pool to get in, but now we see a very high level of acceptance across all markets and people want to actually drive it. Interestingly, the non-investment roles actually had very good gender representation. So, I think the work that needs to be done in the investment roles.
